Arrows Warranty

At Exodus we believe in building high quality gear that performs in the moments that
matter the most. The Exodus arrow shaft warranty covers any defects in material and/or
components for one year from the original owner’s date of purchase. Arrow shafts that are
defective will be replaced by Exodus with proof of purchase and/or corresponding order

Warranty Void Conditions – The Exodus warranty is non transferable and does not
cover any failures or defects caused by one or more of the following: Abuse, alterations
or modifications not performed by Exodus Outdoor Gear, poor handling, accidental
damage, return shipping damages, impact with hard objects, improper cleaning, normal
wear and tear, or abnormal use. Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof
where damage is a result of failure to follow Exodus safety procedures.

Please Be Advised:
International customers may be subject to duties, fees and taxes assessed to any
returns - whether in or out of warranty - as imposed by their home country. Exodus has
no control over these charges and must comply with the laws of the countries that we
service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Please Be Advised:
Any and all authorized warrantied returns/claims on products that are found to be
operating properly, needing no maintenance, repair, or correction by Exodus will be
subject to a $25 service fee plus shipping costs by the product owner. The balance will
be due upon return shipping.

Please note, international shipping is not covered by our warranty policy. For
international customers who would like to make a claim, send the product to the
address listed above with a detailed email including the tracking # for the package and a
detailed description of the issue. Upon completed service a custom invoice will be sent
to cover return shipping, prior to it leaving our facility.

If you would like to make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us via email
2. Provide the order number or proof of purchase
3. Current shipping address
4. Provide a detailed description of the issue at hand. (The more detailed and
documented you are, the faster we are able to respond and resolve)
5. We’ll respond via email with a RMA return shipping label.
6. Once we receive the product and verify the problem is covered, we’ll make a
quick repair or ship you a new one.
