WHAT WE COLLECT AND SHARE

What we collect and share depends largely on the interaction that takes place between you and Exodus Outdoor Gear, most of which can be categorized under the following:

Purchasing Exodus Outdoor Products

When you purchase Exodus Outdoor Gear Products or Services, we collect the minimum information to process your payment and create your customer account. This information may include name, shipping address, zip code, email address, phone number, and a brief description of your Payment Method, such as "VISA ending in ****1234". Exodus Outdoor Gear DOES NOT DIRECTLY COLLECT OR RETAIN ANY OF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION. Exodus Outdoor Gear uses a third-party service provider to process your credit card or PayPal transactions. Exodus Outdoor Gear will defer any responsibility of safe-guarding your Credit Card information to those third party companies that actually receive it. Your Credit Card information is transmitted directly from your browser or mobile app running on your computer or device directly to the Credit Card Processor and is never sent to Exodus Outdoor Gear. The only information Exodus Outdoor Gear will receive is a brief description of the Payment Method used in that transaction and an internal Transaction ID which allows Exodus Outdoor Gear to match up the purchase with the transaction/charge by the third party service provider. The third party service provider used is a company called Stripe.

All users must also agree to our Terms & Conditions prior to activating their account or transmitting any post.

Exodus Vendors, Partners and Service Providers

When you purchase products and services from Exodus Outdoor Gear, it may be required that we provide a minimal amount of information to the vendors, partners or service providers.

WHAT WE DON'T SHARE

Exodus Outdoor Gear takes your privacy seriously and the abuse of unsolicited email ("spam"). Exodus Outdoor Gear does not share our customer data, including email lists, with any outside marketing companies or campaigns.
