    Unlimited Data Plans

    Unlimited Plan Details - The most straightforward and most simple plan requiring zero user management.

    • Available for all Exodus cellular trail cameras

    • No Activation/Line fee

    Freestyle Data Plans

    Freestyle Plan Details: The most versatile usage plan but requires some user management. *Similar to existing Scoutek plans at about half the cost.

    • Available for all Exodus cellular trail cameras

    • Run unlimited cameras on a single plan

    • No cap on HD downloads

    • No cap on videos

    • No captive camera settings

    Mandatory Migration 

    Each connected device will need a new SIM card (not to be confused with the SD card that stores pictures). To receive new SIM cards for your existing devices, please confirm the following by emailing info@exodusoutdoorgear.com OR fill out the form below.

     

    • Confirmation of your current shipping address. We need to confirm and update user accounts on our store if anything has changed since your last order.

      • Provide a number of how cameras you currently have and are migrating over to the Exodus app. Please use the format below.

        • EXAMPLE:
          Render - 4
          Rival A - 2
          Rival A5 - 8

      Your total response should look something like this:

      John Doe

      Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will create a free order in your Exodus store account for your sims and verify/correct any address information. Tracking for your SIM order will come from the Exodus store as normal.

      If you have any additional questions in regards to new SIM cards, you can include those in your email response. We expect call volume to be unusually high and have required staff to handle inbound calls however the fastest service in regards to the provisioning of SIM cards will be email. 

      Migration Overview:

      • Mandatory Migration: From Scoutek to the Exodus App. 

        • Download the Exodus App (we’ll let you know when it’s live!)

        • Create an Exodus App Account on your Apple or Android Device.

      • New SIM Cards: Provided by Exodus. 

        • We will provide a new SIM card that will replace the current SIM in each camera. 

      • Manual Firmware Update: Required for all devices.

        • Every device will be required to download the newest firmware in order for the cameras to connect to the Exodus App.

      Important Action Required: If you have active cameras on Scoutek, please turn off auto-renew billing.
